Scott is a Director at Auspex Capital with more than 18 years of investment banking experience executing complex transactions for owners and operators in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has executed more than 200 transactions, including over $2 billion in debt financings, with experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, valuations, restructurings, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory assignments for multi-unit restaurant franchise operators.
Prior to joining Auspex Capital, Scott held finance positions with Fox Atomic, News Corporation, and Warner Bros., where he gained experience in corporate finance and financial analysis. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, with emphases in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
