Christopher Kelleher
Principal
Prior to joining Auspex Capital in August 2005, Mr. Kelleher was
a principal at High Point Capital Partners, Inc., a financial advisory
and consulting firm specializing in capital formation, M&A advisory
and debt restructuring for multi-unit retail companies. Prior to
forming High Point Capital in February 2004, Mr. Kelleher was a
partner at Trinity Capital, LLC, from 2000 to 2003. Trinity Capital
is a Los Angeles based boutique investment bank serving the quick-service
restaurant and convenience store/gas station industries. While at
Trinity Capital, Mr. Kelleher’s primary focus was in the firm’s
restructuring practice. He was the project manager on system wide
franchisee debt restructuring and recapitalization programs sponsored
by Taco Bell Corporation and Burger King Corporation. The two programs,
on a combined basis, involved more than 350 franchise companies
and in excess of $4.0 billion of total debt. From 1997 to 2000 Mr.
Kelleher was a Senior Vice President at Franchise Mortgage Acceptance
Company (“FMAC”). FMAC was a publicly traded, specialty finance
company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. At FMAC, Mr. Kelleher
served as the Chief Credit and Operations Officer for the Energy
Finance Division where he administered a $1.4 billion loan portfolio
and a staff of 40 professionals. Mr. Kelleher was also a member
of FMAC’s senior loan and senior management committees. Prior to
joining FMAC, Mr. Kelleher was a Vice President in Citicorp’s Franchise
Finance Division in Irvine, CA where he specialized in loan syndications.
He was at Citicorp from 1991 to 1996. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Kelleher
was an Associate at the investment banking firm, Prudential-Bache.
Mr. Kelleher started his career in banking and finance as a commercial
loan officer at Bank of America in 1984.
Mr. Kelleher received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Occidental College. He was awarded cum laude
and Phi Beta Kappa designations by the school. Mr. Kelleher also holds an MBA in finance and accounting from
UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Kelleher lives in Pasadena, CA with his wife and four daughters.

Shriram Chokshi
Principal
Prior to forming Auspex Capital, Mr. Chokshi was a Principal at Trinity
Capital, where he was responsible for leading a group of vice presidents,
associates and analysts in performing rigorous historical analyses
and developing pro-forma valuations; making recommendations to clients
on potential investments and work-outs; structuring and multi-party
negotiations of terms of transactions. While at Trinity, Mr. Chokshi
has played key roles in over $1.5 billion in financial restructuring
transactions encompassing balance sheet restructuring and reorganization
and debt and private equity placements. Prior to joining Trinity,
Mr. Chokshi was with BayView Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company,
where he held various positions. As the First Vice President of
the Portfolio Management Group, he oversaw a portfolio of over $2.5
billion aggregating over 500 transactions and as a Vice President
of the Energy Finance Group he financed over $300 million in franchise
finance deals in the convenience store, gas station, car wash and
lube center sectors. Previously, he was responsible for managing
a chemical manufacturing and distribution facility in Bombay, India.
Mr. Chokshi is a graduate of the Bombay University, India and holds
an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at
Claremont Graduate University.

Naveen Goyal
Principal
Prior to forming Auspex Capital, Mr. Goyal was a Principal at Trinity
Capital, where he was responsible for leading a group of vice presidents,
associates and analysts in performing rigorous historical analyses
and developing pro-forma valuations; making recommendations to clients
on potential investments and work-outs; structuring and multi-party
negotiations of terms of transactions. While at Trinity, he has
also played key roles in over $1 billion in transactions encompassing
balance sheet restructurings and reorganizations, debt and private
equity placements, mergers and acquisitions and other investment
and merchant banking transactions. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr.
Goyal had assumed various positions with Bayview Franchise Mortgage
Acceptance Company, where he financed approximately $500 million
of franchise finance deals in the quick service restaurant, convenience
store, car wash and quick service lube center industries. Mr. Goyal
is a graduate of the Bangalore University, India and holds an MBA
from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont
Graduate University.
